What can you expect for your remote support session?

  1. We begin by a quick introduction with a video call using facebook messenger. Please ensure you have Facebook messenger installed on your mobile device (Tablets, laptops, iPhones or Android is fine) prior to your scheduled appointment.
  2. Once your appointment has been confirmed email us your facebook username and we will video call you at your appointment time

Installation of device specific remote software 

  1. Windows Laptop, tablet or Desktop – Teamviewer for Windows
  2. Mac laptop or tower – Teamviewer for OSX
  3. iPhone and iPad remote support – Teamviwer for iphone and iPad
  4. Android (Samsung, HTC, Oppo etc) remote support – Teamiewer for Android
